Disable Annoying Blue Exclamatory Icon|Blue Exclamatory Mark on Screen
In few smart phones, particularly mobiles like HTC ChaCha and Salsa, users claim to have seen blue colored exclamatory icon on their screen. Even when they change their screens and navigate to other parts of the OS, they still could see this annoying Blue colored exclamatory icon.
This blue colored exclamatory icon will be seen at the top left on the screen and will not go even when you are navigating other pages. So, it will be annoying to see this icon when you are typing messages and when searching on the web. This icon can be removed by changing the battery or when you opt for hard reset. If the problem continues, just upgrade your mobile phone to the latest OS version, if possible.
It is actually the symbol and comes in to force when you knowingly or unknowingly touch the ‘sym’ or ‘0’ key. Actually it should disappear as soon as you navigate out of the text input box and after closing the message. But due to some error in the mobile, it would continue to pop up.
It is advised to go for hard reset or upgrade to latest OS or to complain to the manufacturing authorities even when the problem persists. It might be a bug and can be fixed when you contact the customer care of handset manufacturer.
