Before making any changes to the settings, users need to take backup of their contacts and contents of their SD card. This will ensure the safety of the contents. Settings à Applications à Manage Apps à Press Menu à Filter à Select All à Select Camera à Clear Cache/Data
Now reboot the phone. Only after restarting the phone, the changes would come in to force. When this solution doesn’t seem to work, try resorting to hard reset.
